Bernice and Joel Lebovitz have been loyal monthly supporters of Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services (Rales JFS) for the past nine years. When they first learned about Rales JFS and the array of programs and services offered to the community, they knew they wanted to contribute. Reflecting on their upbringing and the professional success they have achieved, Bernice and Joel decided to become consistent, monthly donors. They hope their contributions will make a lasting impact on those in need. “Give what you can, as often as you can, and know in your heart that doing so helps people in our community who have hit a rough patch,” is the message they wish to share with other supporters.

The Outreach Program resonates most with them, as they understand how vital it is for the social workers at Rales JFS to bring services directly into the community, making access to support as easy and efficient as possible. Beyond their philanthropy, Bernice and Joel are passionate about their children, grandchildren, traveling the world, and cheering for their beloved Florida Panthers Hockey Team, for which they have been season ticket holders for 25 years!
