Full-Time and Per Diem Therapists

Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is currently seeking Full-Time and Per-Diem Therapists to provide direct clinical services to individuals of all ages, couples, and families with a broad range of mental health disorders. This position requires the ability to develop bio psychosocial assessments and treatment plans based upon assessment and diagnosis utilizing ICD-10 criteria and psychotherapy.
 
Required Education and Experience: 
  • LCSW, PsyD or PhD
  • Experience as a therapist for children and adults, providing direct clinical services to individuals, couples and families.
  • Experience as a counselor, coach, or in a similar role.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist by the State of Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
  • Late afternoon and evening hours preferred.

    Part-Time Billing Assistant

    Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is currently seeking Part-Time Billing Assistant to assist the Billing Manager with multiple tasks to ensure all aspects of the billing and collection function for the JFS Counseling department, while maintaining Federal, State and local requirements on privacy practices.

    Perform billing and collections duties, including but not limited to document scanning, insurance follow-up calls, preparing claims, billing statement processing, maintain spread sheets, perform insurance verifications and maintaining files. Coordinates with insurance companies, clients and staff regarding issues related to client accounts and records.

    Required Education and Experience:
    • Some college preferred.
    • Previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.
    • Microsoft office experience preferred.
