Community Outreach Coordinator

Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is currently seeking a full time Outreach Coordinator. This position will provide social work/outreach services to synagogues, private day schools, and organizations in the community.
 
Required Education & Experience: 
  • Must have an MSW (or LCSW)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in the field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Flexible with hours for special projects
  • Must maintain a good driving record and provide annual proof of auto insurance

    Administrative and Billing Coordinator

    Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is currently seeking full-time Administrative and Billing Coordinator for the Toby and Leon Cooperman Therapy and Resource Center. This position will perform various office and clerical duties including, but not limited to, billing of insurance companies, scheduling appointments for clients across therapy professionals and Director, processing all paperwork across per diem therapy professionals, and completion and documentation of Purchase Orders and other financial documentation for the department. Maintain the required paperwork in spreadsheets and in our documentation systems. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
     
    Required Education & Experience: 
    • Previous experience with Insurance billing/credentialing
    • 3-5 years Administrative/Office experience
    • Excellent Communication (written and verbal) Skills and ability to multitask

      Full time and Part-time Psychologists

      Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is currently seeking full-time and part-time psychologists to provide To provide direct clinical services to individuals of all ages, couples, and families with a broad range of mental health disorders. Additionally, candidates will need to be able to provide psychotherapy and all associated clinical documentation, as well as, psychological and psychoeducational evaluations. Through JFS' partnership with FAU's Schmidt College of Medicine, JFS psychologists are expected to provide clinical supervision of doctoral psychology practicum students.
       
      Required Education and Experience: 
      • Minimum of a Doctorate degree. Psy.D or Ph.D.
      • Experience performing evaluations and assessments.
      • Skilled in writing reports and treatment plans.
      • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and adults.

        Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists

        Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services' new Toby and Leon Cooperman Therapy and Family Resource Center (TFRC) is currently seeking part-time or per-diem Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists to provide clinical services to children (0-22) and families with a variety of special needs diagnoses/disorders.
         
        Required Education and Experience: 
        • Minimum of a Master’s degree in related discipline.
        • Certification and state licensure as an OT, PT, or SLP in good standing.
        • Experience performing evaluations and ongoing assessments.
        • Skilled in writing reports, treatment plans, and establishing goals.
        • Minimum 2 years experience working with children with across a spectrum of disabilities and special needs.
