Strategic Plan

The strategic planning process began with a retreat for the JFS Board of Directors at JFS’ Weisman Delray Community Center. Our professional staff worked alongside Board Members to develop goals, objectives, strategies and to define a road map for moving forward with a shared vision for success. We reviewed the prior plan’s results, analyzed key demographic information, and confirmed our commitment to the Agency’s Mission and Vision Statements.

The new strategic plan was approved by the Board of Directors at the January 2021 governance meeting.
