From Isolation to Optimism:
John's Journey with Rales JFS Behavioral Health Services
|
John,
a 45-year-old client, contacted our behavioral health services, sharing
that he was feeling overwhelmed by depression and loneliness. For
years, he struggled silently, feeling isolated and unable to find joy in
life. Through our compassionate counseling sessions, John gradually
opened up and shared his feelings. Our dedicated therapists provided a
safe and supportive environment where he could explore his emotions and
develop coping strategies. Over time, John made significant strides in
managing his depression, finding hope and a renewed sense of purpose.
Today, he looks forward to the future with optimism, grateful for the care and support that helped him reclaim his life.

500 Hurricane Supply Bags Packed
By Dedicated Volunteers
|
A huge shoutout to our amazing 30 volunteers who joined us last night at the Jacobson Family Food Pantry for our Teen & Family Food Pantry Hurricane Supply Bagging event!
Together, they filled 500 insulated bags with essential non-perishable
items like tuna fish, applesauce, granola bars, cereal bars, crackers,
and macaroni & cheese. Each bag also includes a flashlight and a
hurricane preparedness guide to help our community stay safe.
A heartfelt thank you to the Thomases Family Foundation for
their generous donation of the insulated bags. These will be delivered
to our food pantry clients on July 25th, ensuring they have the supplies
they need during hurricane season.
