Honoring Our Heroes with Acts of Service
at the Weisman Center
| |
In remembrance of the fallen on 9/11, volunteers from AmeriCorps joined our Weisman Center members in creating homemade greeting cards for soldiers serving abroad. It was easy to see how meaningful this experience was for the volunteers and the members. Bringing the community together on this National Day of Remembrance was a great way to honor those we have lost. If you would like to volunteer and make a positive difference in the community, Rales JFS will match your skills, passions and availability. Our volunteers are an essential part of helping us execute our mission to strengthen lives in our community.
