Mental Health First Aid

Someone you know could be experiencing mental illness or a crisis. You can help them by learning Mental Health First Aid, a 5-step action plan that will teach you how to connect someone in crisis with appropriate professional, peer, social or self-help care. This class is appropriate for anyone - first responders, students, teachers, clergy, human resource professionals and caring citizens.
